Coliseum Mountain Resort
My girls trip spent staying at the Coliseum Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or hosts. Everything was perfect! The resort was a great starting point for all the best activities. Canada Outdoor Adventures is on-site and offers many excursions to all of the best places. We loved touring the small town of Nordegg and even tried some of the pie at Miner's Café and ice cream at the Nordegg Canteen. Delicious!I will be back with my family and will definitely book our stay with Coliseum Mountain Resort.

Coliseum Mountain Resort
I’ve had the privilege of traveling all over the world, but my week spent staying at Coliseum Mountain Resort topped every trip I’ve been on! The lodge my group stayed at was excellent, Nordegg was the perfect distance to see all the major attractions like Banff and Jasper, wildlife was everywhere, hiking and canoeing excursions were both breathtaking and relaxing, the list goes on and on. Canada Outdoor Adventures took us to the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen!I will be back and can’t wait to have more Canadian adventures!

Coliseum Mountain Resort
So many things to say about this fabulous resort! We stayed in the lodge, which is perfect for a group getaway. While it is great for hunters, it is equally fantastic for families, or groups of several couples or friends. There are also smaller cabins available at the resort. The location of Nordegg is a great home base for any adventure you want to go on. There are plenty of nearby places to enjoy for kayaking or canoeing , hiking, and looking for wildlife (which we saw much of)! We also took day trips to Jasper and Banff. The accommodations were both beautiful and comfortable and the hosts were amazing. Another added bonus is that you can also book excursions (big or small) through Canada Outdoor Adventures, which is also on-site. Will definitely return to this resort!

Coliseum Mountain Resort
Can't recommend this cabin enough! We spent the September Long weekend here and it was a wonderful retreat. 3 adults and a dog, we had plenty of room. Very comfortable, every amenity that we could want. Beds were comfy, towels were soft and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The resort was a great jumping off point for every local activity. We got in lots of hiking, sightseeing and rockhounding and sampled some really great pie in town at the Miner's Cafe.

Coliseum Mountain Resort
We recently enjoyed a week at this resort with another couple, and were amazed at how nice it was. We stayed in the lodge, which is a beautiful 3-story log cabin with kitchen equipped with everything, dining and living areas, and several bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We also loved the hot tub, fire pit, and multiple outdoor dining spaces. The hosts are very personable, accommodating, and helped arrange excursions with Canada Outdoor Adventures, which were beyond amazing! We went hiking, fishing, kayaking, and toured Jasper and Banff National Parks. The mountains, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, and wildlife were unbelievably beautiful! We also played 9 holes of golf, sampled the homemade pies at The Miner’s Cafe, and had food and beverages while listening to music outdoors at the Canteen, all in the small town of Nordegg. We would definitely stay here again!
