Nature's Getaway Nordegg

Was a bridesmaid at my friends wedding here and it was beautiful! To start the location was fantastic even though there's other cabins on the property it was still so secluded and private. Lovely deck, covered cookout space, and green area. The hosts were on top of the wedding set up, even meeting up the night prior to go over things before the rehearsal. Hosts also went over final details morning of to make sure her dreams came true.

Book here if you want a real Canadian getaway! My wife and I stayed at Nature's Getaway Nordegg in January 2022 inside the Cozy Bear Cabin. The scenery was simply spectacular; we felt so immersed in nature and really felt the cabin in the woods" vibe. The cabin itself was very well furnished

This is the most amazing place to stay. It’s so peaceful and relaxing! Tanya and Jerry are the best hosts, they go above and beyond. They are also the kindest people ever! This place is so good for weekend getaways, hosting small retreats and workshops, team building weekends, small weddings and elopements or just a solo trip! You won’t regret booking Nature’s Getaway. 110% recommend.

We had a magical time at Nature’s Getaway Nordegg. Our family stayed one night in the Cozy Beat cabin and it was amazing. It had everything that we could need and really felt like a home away from home. The views were phenomenal and the hot tub was a magnificent way to take it all in. We will be back for sure!!

Wow – just wow! From the first email with all the booking details to the moment we drove onto the property and entered the cabin, we felt welcomed. The cabins are private, clean and beautiful and they have everything you need in order to make your stay comfortable. That cast iron wooden stove, in the spacious yet cozy cookhouse was one of our top highlights! It was a winter wonderland when we were there with close and easy access to many hiking trails, frozen waterfalls and of course the stunning views of Abraham Lake. The surroundings are breathtaking, the hosts were spectacular and we can’t wait until the next time! - J&S

I had the most relaxing time at Nature's Getaway Nordegg. The cabin was fully stocked; I wanted for nothing. There were personal touches everywhere and it was clear Tanya and Jerry have put a lot of thought into everything. The beautiful forest and path just behind the cabin was convenient and peaceful. I really enjoyed cooking on the wood fire stove in the cook house and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. I cannot recommend this getaway enough. You need to go!

We had an amazing weekend at Nature's Getaway Nordegg! The cabin is beautifuly set up and the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the sunshine and using the hot tub. Tanya is an excellent host; she answered questions and made sure we were comfortable. We are looking forward to another visit and will make a plan to use the cookhouse next time! We highly recommend a visit to Nature's Getaway Nordegg!

The time spent at Nature's Getaway Nordegg will be so cherished by our family. The kids had an amazing time in the cook house and we loved spending time in the hot tub! The bear cabin was so beautiful and cozy! I just can't say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a beautiful setting with some amazing hosts...this is the place! We will be back!
